My attempts at making Wedding Theme Cookies

Hey Guys, it seems such a long time since I last posted something. Anyway, I was really busy these few weeks with assignments, projects and attending my god bro and god sis wedding. But out of all that, I still manage to squeeze some time to bake cookies for their wedding as a gift. It is my first attempt so bare with me, as it is not really up to standards. However, practice makes perfect so you may never know, the next time I post something about wedding theme cookies, I would be a pro..haha Just joking. Okay, lets move on to the pictures shall we?
Here are all the wedding theme cookies cutters I used for today's cookie decoration.
I used the same sugar cookie dough for all my cookies. The recipe can be found from my other posts so do check them out as well.  First Step is to Cut the shapes.

Next step is to bake and leave them on the tray to cool completely before decorating.

Its finally time to decorate.  I used royal icing, fondant, texture mats, luster dust to decorate all my cookies.

Doesn't the fondant look like play dough =p

Some designs I drew up the previous day to see if it will turn out nice. Apparently what is drawn on paper doesn't always look good when it is done on a cookie.

Finished rolling all the fondant on to the cookies.
Finished Decorated cookies. as you can see not all of them are up to standards. and I apologize for it.

Its now time to individually wrap all the cookies, one by one. It is really therapeutic =)

attempted to make the bride and groom cookies. Not really up to standards though but I will practice =)
A total of 28 cookies were individually wrapped and tied with red, pink and silver ribbons.

Packed and Ready to be given as a gift =) Do comment. Cheers.

Super Cute and Adorable Panda Cookie Cutters

Hey Guys, I recently bought these cute and adorable panda cookie cutters. Thus My Cookie Cutter Collection have increased *PS: I apologize for the bad quality pictures. I forgot to charge my camera batts the day before so I end up using my Iphone to do it instead.
So today I have for you pictures of me testing these cutters out =) so enjoy and do comment. I used pre-made dough for this testing. =) but I added a few extra ingredients to 1 packet of the pre-made dough to make it look dark brown. Yes I know panda's are suppose to be black and white  but seriously who eats black cookies. its just not appetizing at all so I would make do with dark brown cookie dough.  for these testing I use a total of 2 betty crocker's sugar cookies. 1 packet i leave it as it is and the 2nd packet, following the instructions to make the dough but I additionally added 5 tablespoon of cocoa powder, extra 2 teaspoon of white sugar or caster sugar which ever you like for taste as it will be tasteless without it and estimated half teaspoon black gel food colouring <-- this are for your preferences, add as you like. Below are the pictures so do enjoy them. =)

 Finished Panda Cookies.
*Below, had extra Dough so I tried marbling. *Did not really go so well as after a few kneading, the dough became a dirty grayish yellow colour * But nevertheless some turned out quite nice and they tasted awesome, if I say so myself.

*Below finally all baked and ready to be eaten.
